Bubba Kassal

My diverse experience in real estate begun over 30 years ago. I gained my salesman and then brokers license while in college at the University of Florida. After graduation, I entered the family business of owning and operating Crown Wine and Spirits. This focused my career into owning, leasing, building, buying and selling commercial real estate.

During this period, RealtyMasters was created. This allowed for the opportunity to engage in buying and selling commercial real estate beyond our liquor store portfolio including single tenant commercial retail and grocery anchored retail centers. We have continued to expand into property management and the sale of liquor stores and Florida alcoholic beverage licenses.

Barry Rosayn

Since 1987, I have been specializing in leasing, management, and sales of commercial retail properties.

I have also been involved with the purchase and sale of retail package liquor stores, bars & restaurants. We presently have liquor stores for sale that we are marketing in multiple Florida counties. I was involved with the sale of 21 Crown Liquor locations in Broward, Palm Beach & Dade counties and additionally facilitated the sale of package stores to GoPuff, a national retail chain, for locations in Boca Raton, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami & Orlando. The sale of liquor stores has created sale leasebacks opportunities as well as experience with ground leases.

I have been involved with all phases of alcoholic beverage licensing including brokerage, license processing, consulting as well as working with licensees and specialty lenders to provide financing.

For the past 23 years, I have exclusively represented Wal-Mart Stores and their related Sam’s Clubs with alcoholic beverage licensing for both, Wal-Mart Stores, SuperCenters and Neighborhood Markets as well as Sam’s Clubs throughout Florida. Beginning in 1993 through 2005, I exclusively represented Albertson’s, Inc. with both the acquisition and sales of Florida quota alcoholic beverage licenses. In 2005 Albertson’s was sold to a REIT and thereafter halted their expansion plans in Florida. From 2012-2016, I worked with Albertson’s, LLC, the successor to Albertson’s, Inc., with respect to sales of surplus licenses and locations. I exclusively represented Winn-Dixie Supermarkets, Inc., in the acquisition of alcoholic beverage licenses from 2001 until 2005. Since 2011, I have exclusively represented Winn-Dixie Supermarkets for their Florida Alcoholic Beverage Licensing and acquisitions. In addition to retail off premise national and regional clients, I exclusively represent many on premise regional and national chains for Florida alcoholic beverage licensing, including Blue Martini, The Linksters Group and Paddy Wagon Irish Pubs on Florida’s West Coast.
